T-1A1a-2 - Shift to hydrogen cars
Background¶
IPCC WG3 definition: M-1A-13 - Fuel Cell Technologies.
Hydrogen vehicles are a type of electric vehicles. They cause no tailpipe emissions, are significantly more energy efficient and produce less noise than fossil-fuelled vehicles. The shift to electric vehicles will therefore both reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help create a better urban environment.
